At Rotary Club in Hong Kong

The Rotary Club of Hong Kong holds its meetings in the Banker's Club of Hong Kong. There, Joe Chan, a professor of Cyber Security and Director of a technology incubator center at Hong Kong University gave a talk on Cyber Security. Apparently there has been a rash of banks in SE Asia being hit by a gang that uses an ATM card that tricks the machine to dispense all it cash, currently accounting for a $3 million dollar loss in one major bank alone. According to the bankers, they a desperately in need for quality cyber security services in Hong Kong. There I was able to exchange flags of Rotary District 5890 and the Houston Rotary Club with Chapter President Marta Dowejko, a Professor at the Hong Kong Baptist University. I was able to take a walk out to D'Aguilar Point where the University of Hong Kong maintains a marine science research station. There I took the liberty to get someone to take a photo of me in a "meditation" position while looking out to sea. To get to D'Aguilar point, one has to get off the MTR subway Shau Kei Wan and take the number 9 bus to D'Aguilar point. The same buse takes you to big wave beach. They have a double-decker street car called a "Tram" on the main boulevard next to the sea that is a great place to see Hong Kong Island at a reasonable price. I also included a photo of a part of Victoria bay with tug boats as you work towards Lantau Island on the way to the airport on the Airport Express subway. The cool thing about the Airport Express is that you can pre-check you bags during the day and you can hang out on Hong Kong Island until just before you have to get to the airport (takes 28 minutes at $100 HK Dollars or $13 USD.
